In this nature-based art therapy workshop, we'll use leaves, stones, branches, flowers, and other natural materials to create meaningful works inspired by the landscape around us. Rather than simply observing nature, we'll invite it into the creative process as an active collaborator.
"Nature isn't the backdrop here — it's the material, and the companion."
Eco-Art is a therapeutic practice that combines creativity with the natural world, offering a gentle way to reconnect with ourselves and our environment. Through mindful art-making, we'll explore self-expression, presence, and reflection while allowing nature to guide and inspire our process.
