A retreat is a longer breath than a workshop. We step out of the pace of the city and into somewhere quiet — with time to walk, to make, to eat together, and to let the days go slower than we're used to.
"Rest is not the reward for the work — sometimes it is the work."
Days are gently held rather than tightly scheduled: mindful walks in nature, art therapy sessions with natural and creative materials, shared meals, and open hours for stillness. Everything is offered, nothing is required — you can take part fully, or simply rest.
Groups are kept small on purpose, so there's room for everyone. No art experience is needed, only a willingness to slow down.
